Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Age UK. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Store Managers in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in leading a team of Sales Assistants and volunteers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist with the management of stock, including receiving, storing, and rotating merchandise.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
