The Transplant Pathway Co-ordinator will provide structured oversight of CAR-T and Bone Marrow Therapy (BMT) patients, working closely with administrative and clinical teams in the laboratory, Macmillan Cancer Centre, and the Haematology Department.


We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, who can resolve issues for individual patients and contribute to wider service improvement, and who is skilled at identifying opportunities for development using performance data analysis.


The post holder will be responsible for:
co-ordinating care and optimising slot usage, working closely with other teams to provide an efficient service

data validation, management and quality

identifying opportunities for service improvement, reporting to clinical and management teams on operational delivery, and implementing service development initiatives

communicating sensitively and appropriately with patients, their families, visitors or carers, and with the multidisciplinary team and other clinicians.
