Transformative Opportunity for a Pathways Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pathways Coordinator at Ealing Council. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for external candidates and/or a secondment opportunity for Ealing Council employees.

About the Role

As a Pathways Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver our mentoring program to young people aged 16-18. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building exceptional individual relationships with young people and supporting them to set, experience, and follow their education and employment pathways.
  • Driving mentor recruitment and consistently supporting, engaging, and motivating mentors from training through the length of their engagement with the program.
  • Evidence progression, impact, and best practice with young people's input, quantitative feedback, and qualitative case studies.

This role is deemed customer-facing, and you must have a command of spoken English sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
