At Studio we are constantly evolving & transforming, and we are now an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to manage and maintain the accurate recording of Facilities Services and support the administration requirements of the function.
Day to day you will be:
- Assist with the administration requirements of the Facilities department
- Assist in the Managing of FM Budgets / Spend
- Assist in the procurement of all Facilities consumables & services
- Develop and maintain a network of valueadding thirdparty suppliers/specialists
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role with a background in Facilities Management administration
- IOSH Managing Safely qualified (desirable)
- Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Office / Excel
- Proven track record of working successfully to deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues
- Able to deal with internal stakeholders at all levels in a professional manner
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment
- Logical in approach
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good administration skills
- Ability to proactively solve problems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commercially and financially aware
