Role Overview
As part of the transport control team, you will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing transport services for clients in accordance with contractual commitments and established team protocols.
This position is primarily B2B (Business to Business), requiring you to handle inquiries from various organizations needing transport solutions for their passengers or workforce, including airlines and rail companies. Therefore, the ability to establish rapport and maintain professionalism is essential.
We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, regardless of prior experience, as comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Address all operational customer needs by arranging emergency transport services within pricing agreements for organizations
- Oversee, monitor, and track all transport services in operation utilizing an internal mapping system
- Document and escalate any issues that may impact the safe or timely execution of operations, adhering to agreed KPIs
- Maintain effective communication with Coordinators throughout all operations to ensure necessary actions are implemented or escalated
- Engage with external agencies and organizations as needed to gather required information (emergency services, Network Rail, DVSA, local authorities, rail user groups, airlines, etc.)
- Manage the provision of standby vehicles and drivers and document any changes

Working Hours
Due to the nature of the business operating alongside global airline and train companies, a 24-hour system is in place.
The available hours are as follows:
4 nights at 7pm – 7am followed by 4 days off and then repeat
