Grafton Recruitment is looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Call Handler/Admin for our Public Sector client based in Doncaster.

As a Call Handler/Admin, you will need to have excellent customer service skills and a helpful and friendly approach.

It is important that you are able to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment, handling large volumes of telephone calls, someof which may be challenging to deal with.

You will need to be flexible and adaptable to the varying demands and changing circumstances and priorities of the services.

Communication and team working are essential qualities to succeed in this role.

Main Duties of the Call Handler/Admin:

  • Display and maintain high levels of customer service at all times, ensuring all service users have a positive experience.
  • Deal with all enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, recording messages as per agreed systems and escalating as per protocols.
  • Document all call information according to agreed protocols, ensuring all appropriate information is captured on the patient record accordingly.

Role Criteria:

  • GCSEs grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Experience working within a call centre/customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages; Outlook, Word and Excel and the internet.
