We’re looking for an exceptional person to join Age UK Doncaster in our mission to take the fear out of ageing.
**Main Duties**
- Answering incoming calls on a busy Helpline, providing a welcoming and supportive pathway into the organisation and its services.
- Liaising with both internal services and external partners to ensure enquiries are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Listening to the needs of incoming callers and identifying areas of support required and signposting accordingly.
- Accurately recording client data and completing referral forms to external partners/ organisations.
- Monitoring call volumes and accurately recording call logs onto spreadsheets.
- Ad hoc admin duties including (but not limited to) financial processes and data input.
**Hours**:Part time 3 days per week Monday to Wednesday, Flexibility required for holiday and sickness cover, hybrid working.
**Salary**: £18,623.28 FTE.
