Key skills required for a Customer Support Executive:
- Experience working in a Customer Support/Customer Experience Coordinator role
- A manufacturing background
- An excellent telephone manner with a friendly and professional approach
- Positive attitude
- MS Office skills
- Knowledge of order processing
- Knowledge of systems such as ERP systems and ideally some experience with CRM systems
- Processing UK and Export orders
- Complaint handling and customer support.
