Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Control Room Operator to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client's site in Bury St Edmunds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manning The Control Room Phone Line
  • Answering Calls from our officers out in the field, clients, operation managers and any other third party that is in need of assistance.


 Staff Welfare
  • Conduct regular checks on lone workers in the field.


 Incident Reporting
  • Liaising with clients regarding onsite incidents, following escalation processes and procures, as necessary.


 Data Management
  • Collating and processing staffing data, as required.


 Sourcing Cover
  • Obtaining Staffing resources as the result of an officer not turning up to shift.
  • Assisting with contract scheduling and ensuring manning levels

About You:

  • A proven track record in workforce planning or recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Experience of working within the Security industry would be highly advantageous the experience of working in a control room environment would be of particular interest.
  • Agile and effective in responding quickly to situations.
  • Attention to detail, the ability to work strategically and think one step ahead will be essential.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Word & Excel.
