We are pleased to be working on behalf of TIME Appointments Ltd, a company that values organization and efficiency, who are looking for an Administrator to join their team. You will be highly organized, with strong communication and data management skills, to support the smooth execution of the department.

The successful candidate will work closely with the planning, engineering and administrative teams to ensure compliance and support for the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and manage meeting rooms and schedules.
  • Record and format meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with account queries and raise advance payments to support the company's financial operations.
  • Support Engineers with data input tasks and provide administrative support to ensure the accuracy and completeness of submissions.
  • Provide monthly updates on status' through graphs and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Attend meetings and provide administrative support to ensure the company's operations run smoothly.
  • Provide support to the reception team and manage the Directors diary, making appointments and travel arrangements as necessary.

Previous Skills & Experience:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, to support the company's administrative operations.
  • Experience with document management systems and project tracking tools to ensure the company's operations are efficient and effective.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Accuracy in data entry, document proofing and ensuring all submissions are accurate and complete to maintain the company's high standards.
  • Previous experience in a planning or engineering support role is preferred to support the company's operations.
