About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at BUUK Infrastructure No 2 Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise sales invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify quotation details meet audit requirements prior to billing.
  • Ensure credit and collection policy and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Liaise with customers and the sales team to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Progress payments due and chase overdue accounts via email, letter, and telephone.
  • Facilitate responses to customer invoice queries, providing high levels of customer service and quick response times.
  • Process bank receipts and allocate payments efficiently.
About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, experience working in a high-volume and invoice-value environment, and the ability to manage a varied workload. You should also have experience working in a customer services environment and be proficient in using MS Office programs.
