Seeking someone with significant HR background, preferably from a retail or prestigious corporate environment, who stays updated on the latest employment regulations. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end disciplinary and grievance processes, conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and preparing reports and decisions. Required Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of diverse HR experience.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills adaptable to all levels of the organization.
- Objective and skilled in problem-solving.
- CIPD or HR Degree qualification.
- Valid driving license held for at least 6 months with less than 9 penalty points. No disqualifications in the last 4 years since reinstatement.
