About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our team at Regional Buildings. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex defence building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Controls Governance: Establish and maintain project controls governance arrangements to support delivery of the project.
  • Leadership: Lead the Project Controls team, including direct reports for planning, cost control, estimating, and risk management.
  • Schedule Management: Establish processes, systems, and techniques to plan, monitor, control, and report on delivery of the project to schedule, time, and cost.
  • Cost Management: Define controls structures, establish performance baselines, and develop quality management processes for schedule integrity.
  • Risk Management: Identify, track, and assess risks and opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations for project resource allocation.
  • Reporting: Develop and produce performance progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in leading schedule-driven Project Controls teams within the construction and engineering industry.
  • Skills: Earned Value Management (EVM) experience, ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, and experience in leading complex schedule-driven projects.
  • Education: Relevant degree in a field such as project management, construction management, or a related field.
