Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls professional to join our team. As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating project controls activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project controls plans, including risk management, cost control, and schedule management.
  • Lead and coordinate project controls activities, including planning, monitoring, and controlling project progress.
  • Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project controls activities are aligned with project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement risk management plans.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical path method (CPM) and program evaluation and review technique (PERT) analysis.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and develop and implement cost control plans.
  • Develop and maintain project reports, including progress reports, status reports, and final project reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that project controls activities are aligned with project objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project controls efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project controls, including risk management, cost control, and schedule management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project controls software, including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in project controls, including risk management, cost control, and schedule management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
