Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our Regional Buildings team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Manage the delivery of projects from tender to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Commercial Management: Manage commercial and business risks to achieve targets, including understanding commercial terms and conditions for each project/tender.
  • Team Management: Work collaboratively with Contract Managers and ELT to deliver Regional Buildings strategic objectives and enhance solid working relationships across the business.
  • Planning and Control: Plan, control, and manage the delivery of projects utilizing necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
  • Safety and Compliance: Instil a strong safety culture and develop the capability of project teams to take personal responsibility through strong visible leadership, drive compliance with business policies, procedures, and governance.
  • Client Management: Day-to-day management of client expectations while promoting the value we bring.

Requirements:

  • Experience of management and delivery of M&E projects.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Proven track record in tendering and managing complex projects, including sub-contractors.
  • Commercial awareness with knowledge of both budgetary and financial control.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
