There is now a vacancy for a
Sales Assistant who is enthusiastic to join the team at our
Immingham Branch.


The main part of this role will be sales based however will have time in Goods Inwards, Dispatch and may involve occasional delivery driving.


As a Sales Assistant, your main duties will include:

  • Greeting customers on the trade counter and dealing with orders & enquiries
  • Communicating product features and benefits to prospective buyers
  • Directly helping to maintain high levels of customer service
  • Face to face selling
  • Letting them know all about the latest offers
  • Sharing their nononsense approach

Skills / Experience preferred:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on your own
  • Good communication skills
  • Fitness & manual handling skills to cope with a range of different packages


 IT Skills
  • Proficient in typing/use of a computer
  • Full UK Drivers License (preferred)
  • Fork Lift Truck License (preferred)

Hours:

41.25 hours per week (Monday - Friday + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings)
