Location: Immingham
Salary: £21k-£25k (DOE)
Hours: Full time/ Mon-Fri

Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a successful Shipping and Freight Forwarding company, who are looking to expand their team and add another Import Co-ordinator to their busy, fast growing business.
The role:

Special Contract Customer services/admin.
Take import bookings and create on the internal software.
Liaising with business clients/customers.
Sales invoice preparation for the admin team.
Assist team with administrative functions.
You will need:

A confident and approachable person.
A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
Customer focused with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service.
Good decision-making skills, able to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads.
A methodical, logical approach with good problem-solving abilities, able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team.
IT literate.
