About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Immingham, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team's skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective store operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
