Full time, 35 hours per week Based in London, remote and hybrid working available Salary: up to £500 per day This is a truly exciting opportunity to be the crucial link to ensure that Workday supports the organisations digital learning approach.
You will be instrumental in ensuring all the HCM functions including Workday Learning, Journeys, Skills, Onboarding and Talent are working and being utilised to support a seamless learning experience.
This is an important role to actively support in the implementation of new Workday products and be the key link with all stakeholders to ensure the learning modules within Workday are implemented and managed correctly.
You will be responsible to build out a digital skill-based platform via Workday that shows internal competence in product knowledge as well as wider skills.
You will lead on ensuring that all learning and development processes have been created, documented and are up to date.
As the Workday Consultant you will develop and deliver training to the Learning and Development team and be their subject matter expert in providing day to day support with all queries.
You will work closely with the HR Workday Partner to ensure there is a joined-up approach across the people function.
Candidate Requirements Demonstrable experience in using and developing Workday, preferably with experience of Workday Learning.Experience of developing and delivering guides and training for Workday and other HR systems.
Excellent analytical skills to analyse all learning usage and interpret data into clear and concise reports.
Previous experience of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels, working in collaboration to provide solutions for customers.
