A little bit about the role...

We are presently recruiting for a Sustainability Advisor role to be based from our Heathrow office, on a hybrid basis.

The role will include national travel, supporting a variety of civil engineering and infrastructure contracts across our Aviation, Defence and Ports portfolio.

Reporting to our Sustainability Manager you will be instrumental in supporting sustainability best practice, you will work with clients to achieve their aims, and you will have the opportunity to lead in the design and implementation of both current and new initiatives within the division.


As a Sustainability Advisor, you will be:
Supporting the management of project environmental compliance
Provide sustainability guidance and support to both the Operations Teams and Senior Management
Manage the achievement company and client strategy and reporting within the division
Monitor and develop the divisional social value activity
Assisting with the investigation of environmental incidents
Participating in our environmental auditing programme
Ensuring sustainability best practice at all times
A little bit about you...

It is likely that you will currently be working in a sustainability related role and have operational environmental support experience in a civil engineering, construction, or safety critical environment.

Holds an Environmental degree or equivalent
Have 2 years industry experience, including waste, ecology, and carbon reduction aspects
Holds a membership level within IEMA or similar
You must hold a driving licence and be able to pass aviation/military security clearance.
