Job Summary:

We are seekinga meticulous and experienced AEB and Apprenticeship Dataand Compliance Manager to oversee and manage the data andcompliance functions of our funded training programs. The idealcandidate will ensure adherence to funding rules maintain dataintegrity and support continuous improvement in our deliveryprocesses.

KeyResponsibilities:

DataManagement:

Oversee thecollection validation and submission of ILR (Individualised LearnerRecord) data.

Maintain accurate anduptodate records for all learners enrolled in AEB andApprenticeship programs.

Ensure dataintegrity and consistency across all systems andplatforms.

Prepare and analyse datareports to monitor program performance andcompliance.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with ESFA (Education and Skills Funding Agency)and relevant Combined or Mayoral Authorities funding rules andregulations.

Conduct regular auditsand data quality checks to identify and rectify anydiscrepancies.

Stay updated onchanges in funding rules and regulations and implement necessaryadjustments to processes anddocumentation.

Develop and maintainrobust compliance policies andprocedures.

Reporting andAnalysis:

Generate andsubmit timely and accurate funding claims and reports to theESFA.

Analyse data trends and provideinsights to support strategicdecisionmaking.

Monitor keyperformance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met orexceeded.

Training andSupport:

Provide trainingand guidance to staff on data entry compliance requirements andbest practices.

Act as the point ofcontact for all data and compliancerelated queries andissues.

Work collaboratively withprogram managers and other stakeholders to enhance data andcompliance practices.

ContinuousImprovement:

Identifyopportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency andaccuracy in data management andcompliance.

Implement and managesystems to streamline data collection analysis andreporting.

Participate in internaland external audits and implement recommendations forimprovement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalentexperience.

Extensive experience inmanaging data and compliance within a funded training providerenvironment.

Strong knowledge of ESFAand GLA funding rules and ILRrequirements.

Proficiency in datamanagement systems and software including Excel and MISsystems.

Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills.

Strongattention to detail and commitment toaccuracy.

Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.

PreferredQualifications:

Experiencewith apprenticeship and AEB programs.

Knowledge of additional funding streams and their compliancerequirements.

Relevant certificationsin data management or compliance.

Experience with PICS.
