My client is well established Mortgage provider. Having placed previously with the firm we are now looking for another hire.

The firm is growing and I am seeking a Compliance professional with experience in Mortgages to join the Risk and Governance team to help drive the compliance culture.

You will be responsible for overseeing an effective compliance framework (including financial crime and data protection), make recommendations to senior management on enhancing existing policies and procedures, provide regulatory advice to the business, keep up to date with regulatory changes, carry out staff training, manage third party audit findings, implement robust financial crime controls, investigate SAR's, produce management information and reports, maintain the data protection register and assist in any complaint handling that may arise.


This role would suit someone looking to progress their career in a progressive growing firm. A key role in a collaborative organisation where you are able to add value and make a difference. Flexibility is offered with a mix of office based work and home working.
