We are internationally renowned as a headhunting specialist within the Financial Markets space and our experts have successfully completed mandates at all levels of seniority, including at board level.
The right candidate will be creative in their approach to business development, and should be excited to build a network outside of our existing contacts.
- The role will be mainly office based in Richmond (South West London), with a significant period of time spent networking and researching existing databases for individuals with experience matching current requirements.
- You will be required to speak with contacts at all levels throughout the day, mainly over the phone but also where possible and relevant, in person. Typically, these contacts can range anywhere from Associate to Managing Director level, and will typically hold a Master's degree or a PhD.
- We offer a structured promotion plan and are looking for people to grow with the business. In depth on the desk training will be provided.
As a bright, intellectually curious individual, who will have the ability to pick up technical concepts and enjoys learning about the functions within financial markets.
We are ideally seeking individuals that enjoy doing research, as you will be exposed to a wide range of subject matter's including Structured Finance, Private Credit, Alternative Investments and Restructuring.
- Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone/video call.
- Flexibility to work with people in other time zones who may require communicating outside of usual office hours.
