We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Promotions Compliance Manager to join our team at Royal London Asset Management. As a key member of our Client Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our financial promotions, regulatory customer communications, and marketing collateral meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support to our marketing teams to ensure that all promotional materials are clear, fair, and not misleading. You will also be responsible for maintaining a robust process to verify compliance with relevant financial promotion and regulatory requirements for the UK and international markets.
In addition, you will work closely with our Compliance team to review and update existing financial promotions procedures, ensuring that they remain effective and compliant with changing regulatory requirements.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the financial services sector, with experience in investment management or banking. You will also need to have a good knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FCA COBS rules on financial promotions, MiFID II, UCITS IV, FUND, CASS, AIFMD, GDPR, KIID, and PRIIPS KID.
You will be a collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.
