Customer Care Administrator | Bury St Edmunds | £23,000 to £25,000 (dependant on experience).

Your new role

This is a new position which has become available after an internal promotion, the Customer Care Administrator reports into the Customer Care Manager and works as part of a streamlined team.


Duties include but not limited to:

  • Dealing politely and efficiently with all customer contact and maintenance matters.
  • Progressing maintenance matters expediently.
  • Ensuring that customer correspondence is responded to promptly and professionally and that customers are kept well informed of all matters affecting them.
  • Ensuring that customer records (both digital and physical) are kept up to date.
  • Using Microsoft Office to produce letters, reports, presentations etc.
  • Dealing promptly with incoming calls.
  • Proficiently operating standard developers computerised procurement system (COINS).
  • Dealing with warranties and customer handover information.
**What you'll need to succeed

**To succeed in this job you will require: - Previous customer services experience (ideally experience of dealing with customer complaints)

  • Great communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite (COINS experience would be beneficial)
