We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our busy practice support team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clinical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process medical paperwork, including SARS requests and referrals.
- Transcribe dictations and manage telephone enquiries.
- Process invoices and manage basic paperwork.
- Recall patients with long-term conditions and manage S1 tasks.
- Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including coding clinical details into patient notes.
