About the service.


Ridgeway House is a seven bedroom property, operating as a residential care home for individuals with Learning Disabilities and complex health needs.

Some of the people living at Ridgeway House may also express behaviours which others might find challenging.


Within your role, you will support a diverse lifestyle, supporting individuals to play a greater role in the community that they are a part of.

A focus is placed upon developing levels of independence through engagement in Daily Living Skills such as cooking, cleaning and Personal Care as well as supporting service users with Medication Management.

£12.00-£14.00 per hour
