About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Clevedon, North Somerset. As a Support Worker Waking Nights, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or both, to live fulfilling lives.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support to our service users, empowering them to make informed decisions and take control of their lives. This will involve developing daily living skills, supporting access to communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships, and contributing to the development and implementation of individual care plans.

As a Support Worker Waking Nights, you will work closely with our service users, their families, and external professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination. You will also be responsible for maintaining the health needs of our service users and contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.
