What you'll be responsible for:
- Provide full administrative support to the assessment clinic. To participate in the assessment clinic i.e., hand out documents to the patients/carers to complete, to arrange appointments for the assessment clinic, to record notes of discussions during clinic, maintain the monitoring and tracking database for the assessment clinic.
- Act independently to ensure daily tasks and ongoing workloads are prioritised and completed within agreed timescales. Manage multiple tasks within the working day whilst maintaining quality standards.
- Assist people in a helpful, diplomatic and tactful manner; screening and rerouting calls, as appropriate. Taking clear, concise messages and dealing with general enquiries, where appropriate

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You'll have the following skills/experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin experience
- Previous NHS experience
- NHS System Knowledge
- Previous minute taking experience
- This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years administration experience._
