Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic administrator to join our Clinical Admin Team. This role will serve as a vital interface between services users, their families, professionals, and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Candle service, which offers bereavement support to children and young people. This will involve communicating with bereaved parents/carers, liaising with professional referrers, and maintaining accurate records.

Additionally, the role will involve working collaboratively with the wider Clinical Admin Team to cover administrative demands across various clinical areas. This may include working on a flexible rota, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements
  • Excellent administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
