Job Title: Clinical Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Administrator to join our team at Bupa Clinic - Chelsea. As a Clinical Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administration tasks and providing an outstanding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers, supporting their journey throughout the centre
  • Answer and screen incoming customer queries via phone calls and manage local mailboxes and emails
  • Maintain a well-presented reception and waiting areas
  • Dispatch customer reports within the desired timeframe, including effective management of abnormal results
  • Ensure customers have the correct paperwork, including appointment packs, clinical file preparation, and consent forms
  • Manage results, including receiving, scanning, and uploading, and follow up with suppliers to ensure turnaround within the agreed SLA
  • Process customer details, appointments, and payments, and assist with bookings and referrals
  • Organize and prioritize documents to meet deadlines
  • Post and collect mail, and generate letters as required
  • Monitor stocks and order goods when necessary

Requirements:

  • PC literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Experience working in a busy clinical environment
  • Medical Secretary experience
  • Leadership experience and people management skills (desirable)
  • Customer service experience and a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
