Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Administrator to join our Transformation Unit team. As a Clinical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care by providing administrative support to our clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication and Coordination: Provide clear and concise communication to patients, healthcare professionals, and external agencies, ensuring that all necessary information is shared in a timely and accurate manner.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring that all documentation is completed in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including preparing and distributing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Use your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and make decisions that support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the Transformation Unit team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Education and Qualifications: GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths, and a diploma-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience of working in a healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and administrative procedures.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
