We have an opportunity for a Payments Administrator to join a very busy team located in Amersham.

We are looking for someone that has a confident and articulate telephone manner, as well as being able to juggle a few plates at any one time.


You will be required carry out general administration tasks and duties as required including taking incoming calls and processing payments or routing the call to the account manager.

This role will suit a recent Graduate who is looking to start a a career in Finance/Customer service.

Key Duties include:
Ensuring inbound post sorted and distributed in a timely fashionnMaintaining paper levels & cartridges in fax machines/printersnOutbound post preparationnManaging Company 'info' mailboxnTaking Credit and Debit card payments over the telephonenCall self-pay patients to collect o/s paymentsnScanning, shredding, and filingnTaking roughly 50 calls per day
