IFX Payments is a thriving international payments company and a prominent name in the Fintech sector, sales and revenue are growing and we have a rapidly expanding client base.

Our client support administrators help ensure the client's journey is as smooth as possible and we meet all of their high expectations.
It's a highly varied role and as well having great career progression potential, will also give an excellent insight into ibanq, IFX's flagship product.
Responsibilities:
- Helping clients with basic technical enquiries
- Providing assistance with inbound and outbound payments
- Account reconciliation
- Releasing payments through our international payment rails.
- Investigation into missing or unallocated payments
- Liaising closely with other departments
- Building relationships with banking partners
Competencies & Experience:
- Experience managing a sales support team or similar
- Degree level education is preferable
- Previous experience in financial services/payments or similar
- Strong customer services skills are essential
- A collaborative approach to working with others and committed to an inclusive environment
- The working hours are 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday and the role is based at our Operations Department in Amersham. Due to the remote rural location of the office, a driving licence and use of a car is a must.
