About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Healthcare Medical Billing Division as a Customer Service Account Administrator. As the main point of contact for client accounts, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level customer service and support to clients across multiple accounts
• Manage and resolve client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and improve overall service delivery
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or finance setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex client issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
