Are you passionate about helping young people with autism reach their full potential?


We're looking for a superstar Residential Support Worker to join our award-winning team in Leyland You'll be supporting
4 boys aged 6-19 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a comfortable 5-bedroom home environment.


This is your chance to make a real impact You'll provide daily support, helping them develop independence and life skills. It's a fun, challenging, and incredibly rewarding role.

Salary: £11.66 per hour (increases after probation)

What you'll do:

  • Be a positive role model and build trusting relationships with the young people.
  • Help them with daily routines like getting dressed, meals, and personal care.
  • Create a stimulating and supportive environment that fosters their individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure their wellbeing.
  • Keep clear and accurate records.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a big heart and a passion for supporting young people with autism.
  • Is patient, understanding, and brings a positive attitude every day.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is preferred.
  • A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one is required.

£11.66-£12.50 per hour
