My client is a market-leading energy solutions company who are looking to recruit a Business Application Specialist to work closely with their Applications Manager.
This could be a great time to join a multinational company who are playing a big part indriving net zero emissions on a society-wide scale.
This role is being offered with a hybrid schedule, with 2/3 days onsite in their offices in Loughborough or Blackwood and 2/3 days remote with a salary of £45k - £55k and a great benefits package.

Requirements:
Experiences in some (not all) of the below skills and experiences would be highly beneficial for the role.
- Experience in ERP / business systems implementation
- Strong background in providing specialist support on business systems
- Strong experience with SharePoint up to admin/configuration level
- Experience writing SQL Queries and working with SQL Server
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform skills (Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI)
Data architecture exposure
- Report writing (Crystal Reports/Business Intelligence)
- Some Project Management skills, delivering on time & cost
- Experience in change management; manage & enable the change management across all Stakeholders
- 63 "floating" hours holiday across a 37 hour work week, with additional holiday awarded for long service
- Early finish Friday at 1pm
- Business closed over the Christmas period without needing to use annual leave
- Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
- 7% company pension contribution at 4.5% by the employee
