Application Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Innovation Specialist to join our team at Brush Group. As a key player in our Applications Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Processes Strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support existing application configurations, ensuring technical, security, and user permissions are aligned with business requirements.
- Perform technical testing in applications to ensure seamless functionality.
- Develop and drive data strategy to support system reporting requirements, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support hyper-care activities as needed, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
- Ensure all requirements are clearly documented and apply a go/no-go approach for all requests, including sponsorship as required.
- Identify and escalate risks as part of the project cycle, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution.
- Support ongoing Business Processes activities, aligning with our strategy and driving continuous improvement.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Strong SQL programming skills and experience with SQL Server Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including SharePoint Sites, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Excellent change management skills, with the ability to manage and enable change across stakeholders.
- Experience in documenting processes, specifications, policies, and standards.
- Proven experience in leading workshops, data collation, validation, and confirming requirements.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaboratively solve complex problems.
- Ability to assess and recommend appropriate solutions for business requirements.
- Strong ownership and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive effective solutions.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, proactively influencing solutions.
