About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to join our client's dynamic team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. This role plays a key part in enhancing business applications by developing and optimizing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- PowerApps Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom PowerApps solutions to meet business needs, integrating with other systems as required.
- Application Management: Take ownership of PowerApps configuration, ensuring they function effectively across the business. Manage technical aspects like security, user permissions, and ongoing application enhancements.
- Support and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and implement effective solutions. Facilitate workshops to ensure successful adoption of PowerApps.
- Change Management: Ensure a smooth change process by documenting updates, clearly communicating with teams, and adhering to governance and control standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through PowerApps, automating work-flows, and enhancing reporting capabilities.
About You:
- Strong expertise in developing and configuring Microsoft PowerApps
- Familiarity with related Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint
- Experience managing application changes, updates, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to document processes and ensure applications are compliant with governance policies.
- Collaborative and inclusive mindset, able to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented and organised, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive in suggesting new solutions and enhancing existing systems.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
