Salary between £20259 and £23544 per annum (pro rata if Part Time)

Based at King's Court Council Offices


You will be a confident team player with experience of taking responsibility for issues and seeing them through to conclusion.

You must also be able to communicate at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate, spoken English.

You must be able to handle high volumes of telephone calls professionally and courteously, even when under pressure.

You will need to use a variety of computer software systems to respond to enquiries and be competent in Microsoft Office.
