To support continuous growth, we are looking for a proactive and ambitious Helper Business Development Manager. This role involves sales responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and nurturing solid client relationships.

The salary ranges from £25,000 to £35,000, depending on expertise. Apart from this, you will get a car allowance and, after your probation, a performance-based bonus.

The Practical Details

You will be required to travel as necessary within the UK, with potential overnight stays. While in training, your primary location will be in Wellingborough to ensure full support; afterwards, a hybrid work setup will be agreed upon with your supervisor.

A Day in Your Life

  • Closely collaborating with Business Development Managers to create and implement strategic sales blueprints and hit goals.
  • Back up Business Development Managers as a link between them and internal stakeholders.
  • Promoting effective communication to ensure that brokers/introducers receive top-notch service from Arkle.
  • Forming and nurturing solid relationships with the existing roster of brokers/introducers.
  • Serving as the primary contact point for allocated Broker/Introducer connections.
  • Enhancing the standard of business brought to Arkle, including proposal quality, approval rates, and conversion percentages.
  • Performing routine visits to brokers/introducers, and when needed, end-user clients and dealers in alignment with sales strategies, audit demands, specific transactions etc.

Your Profile

  • Background in and a sound grasp of Asset Finance.
  • A fundamental comprehension of corporate accounts and financials.
  • Skilled in operating precisely in a dynamic sales atmosphere and meeting sales targets.
  • A customer-focused mindset.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills paired with strong organizational abilities.
  • A valid, clean UK driver's license and access to a business-insured car.
