An expanding, Merseyside-based Landlord is looking to recruit to add to their dynamic team a property manager that is prepared to go the extra mile for job satisfaction, highly competent and motivated.


Based in Liverpool City centre, driving licence and car essential, parking included, with at least 5 years experience of dealing with lettings and property management.

Use of Arthur and Xero on line software would be advantageous

The role is to provide for the general management and administration of:1. residential tenant accounts

2. commercial tenant accounts

  • Infrastructure expenditure

The role would include but not limited to:
Overseeing works of maintenance and repair ( a good working knowledge and understanding to oversee contractors is important)

Maintaining good tenant relationships

Property inspections & Maintenance reports (use of tablet)

Check out reports for tenants vacating

Incoming post, electronic correspondence and administration

Void meter readings and utility companies including council

Landlord licencing and HMO licence compliance

Maintenance from failed or warning notices on gas and electrical certification

Liaising with contractors both in-house and external

Responding to and processing tenant enquiries

Maintaining a filing system

Ability to read, understand and upload to cloud based data base (specifically Arthur - training would be given) use of similar on line property management system would be advantageous

Attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

We expect professionalism in both attitude and personal appearance

Hours of work are 8.30 to 5pm Monday to Friday, call out phone 1 week in 3 including the weekend

Driving Licence essential.
