Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Leasehold Officer to join our Property team in Liverpool. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with leaseholders and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leasehold services and handle related queries
  • Process lease extensions and deal with Right to Buy applications
  • Carry out consultations in accordance with Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act
  • Provide advice on service charges and major works
  • Work collaboratively with the property team to deliver excellent service
  • Support the implementation of leasehold policy and procedures
  • Participate in property management meetings and contribute to team objectives
Requirements
  • A solid understanding of leasehold management within the not-for-profit sector
  • Strong knowledge of property law and leasehold legislation
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex leasehold queries
