Connectivity Services Coordinator
Role Overview:
The Connectivity Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of connectivity services to our businesses, working closely with our global partner and third-party vendors.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on
- Coordinating and managing the delivery of connectivity services to our clients, ensuring that the services are delivered according to the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Working closely with our global partner and thirdparty vendors, to establish and maintain effective relationships, negotiating and monitoring service level agreements, and ensuring that the partner and vendors are compliant with the contractual and technical requirements.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on the status and performance of the connectivity services, addressing any issues or concerns, and soliciting feedback and suggestions.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and optimisation of the connectivity services, such as cost reduction, quality enhancement, process streamlining, etc.
Your previous experience is likely to include.
- Experience in a similar role, managing and coordinating connectivity services or network projects.
- Working with global partners and thirdparty vendors, negotiating and monitoring servicelevel agreements.
- Knowledge of working within ITIL, and PRINCE environments.
- Demonstrable experience of taking ownership of a project through the design and implementation of that project.
- Experience collaborating crossteam to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP and networking equipment including routers, switches, and wireless systems.

- Demonstrate your problemsolving and analytical skills, and ability to identify and resolve issues, risks, and conflicts.
- Have great attention to detail and accuracy and be able to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
- Collaborate and work well with others to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Have knowledge of networking concepts and technologies, such as LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, etc.
