Are you super organized with a love for managing client accounts? We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to be part of our client's team long-term. You'll be in charge of coordinating client account activities, monitoring progress, and liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
Your knack for multitasking and prioritizing tasks is essential for providing strong support in project administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and resources to meet project milestones.
- Monitor client orders and progress, highlighting any challenges to the operations team.
- Aid in preparing project documentation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in project coordination, administration, and production coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and proficiency in Excel.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
