We have an exciting opportunity for a Workspace Change Coordinator to join our friendly team based at a prestigious building in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a "cradle to grave" service from initial contact to full completion of agreed works including engagement of internal and external staff and subcontractors.
  • Responsibility for the daytoday management of the G4S Furniture Technicians.
  • To ensure all G4S and contractor resources are available and effectively coordinated to meet Client requests are completed within the contractual timescales.
  • To liaise with the Authority, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the Workspace Change process.
  • To coordinate the procurement process required for the fulfilment of Workspace Change requests.
  • To liaise with AutoCAD team to ensure a full understanding of customer requirements and to implement the work/tasks changes/results produced by the AutoCAD team.
  • To manage and maintain the furniture asset tracking, warranty and inventory database.
  • To act as Deputy for the Accommodation Change Manager.
  • Working safely and efficiently and with due regard for their own health and safety and the health and safety and the welfare of others including, Company staff, Authority staff, contractors and members of the public etc.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience of balancing and prioritising a varied workload.
  • The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Organised and methodical.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Familiarity with Maximo or other CAFM systems.
  • Experience of supervising others.
  • Recent experience in a relevant role.
  • Ambition to develop.
