Nothing But Healthcare is currently recruiting for Registered General Nurses in Oxford to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals in a private hospital setting.
As an RGN, you will have the responsibility of providing high quality, evidence-based and patient-centered care to patients within our clients hospital.
You will be a part of a large private healthcare team and will be expected to work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Qualified RGN with current NMC registration (6 Month experience within NHS or Private Hospital)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Highly organised and efficient
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to delivering high quality care
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsHow does it work?
- Discussion with an experience consultant who will talk you through the process and answer any questions.
- Work with our compliance team to becoming a compliant worker. Very clearly communicated and helpful.
- Work with your consultant to book in shifts and grow a strong working relationship.
Pay rates (PAYE only):
* £25.00 per hour (Monday - Friday day rate). * £27.00 per hour (Nights, Saturday day and Sunday day rate). * £29.00 per hour (Bank Holiday rate).What do we do for you?
