Main ResponsibilitiesAs a District Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes and in residential care settings. You will work closely with our team to deliver compassionate and person-centered care, supporting patients with long-term conditions and their families.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A full valid driving licence and access to a car for work
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Knowledge around long-term conditions and their management
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
