Job Summary

Band 5 Community Nurse Recruitment Open Day

Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team of community nurses. As a district nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes and residential care settings.

Main Duties of the Job

Our community nurses provide complex care for patients and support for family members, making a positive impact on the lives of others. We are looking for passionate individuals who share our commitment to delivering outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities

Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and have access to a car for work. Full or part-time roles are available, with annualised hours contracts considered.

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered General Nurse (adult)
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Knowledge and Experience

Essential

  • Knowledge around long-term conditions and their management
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development

Desirable

  • Previous Community Services experience
