Community Nurse Recruitment Open Day
Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team of community nurses. As a community nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Main Duties of the Job
As a district nurse, you will provide increasingly complex care for patients and support for family members. You will work closely with our team of dedicated nurses to deliver compassionate care to our community members.

Requirements
Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and have access to a car for work. If necessary, adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010.

Qualifications
Essential Criteria
- Registered General Nurse (adult)
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- NMC Registered
Knowledge and Experience
Essential Criteria
- Knowledge around long term conditions and their management
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
Desirable Criteria
- Previous Community Services experience
Technical Expertise/Competence
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrates an understanding of local and national issues influencing the delivery and development of health care
- Demonstrates a knowledge and understanding of evidence based care
- Demonstrates an understanding of the Clinical Governance requirements
